In order to manually set your DNS addresses to 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124 (Google Public DNS). This is very effective for resolving license refresh issues.
This is done on your router and this is different on all brands but the basics are the same

- Note: First try changing the DNS settings on your computer/laptop. If that doesn't work, or if it isn't possible, try to change the DNS settings on your router.
- Note: Users in China should not change their DNS settings.
Choose WIFI on your network settings and then "advanced"
Choose DNS tab and then Add DNS server addresses on +
Reboot computer and test if everything works normally.
Save settings and restart the router
